HIBISCUS & GINGER TEA

 Hibiscus & Ginger tea


Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 to 5 people

500ml water
6 hibiscus flowers
6 slices of ginger
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of lime juice

METHOD

  • Bring water to a boil.

  • Add hibiscus flowers and slices of ginger.

  • Stir till hibiscus looks transparent and water turns dark red.

  • Add honey and lime juice.

  • Stir gently and chill in fridge before serving.
